When booking a Bowen treatment for the first time, it is recommended that you plan to attend two treatment sessions, approximately one week apart. This allows Sarah to assess your initial response to the technique and provide a follow-up to the first treatment accordingly.

Before your appointment

Please complete and bring along your Bowen Consultation Form before your first appointment.

Everyone responds to Bowen Therapy differently. In some acute conditions, people may experience relief from their presenting symptoms after the first session, while longer-standing or chronic conditions may require a little more time and a series of treatments.

Appointments are usually up to one hour.

Standard adult treatment: £60

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full appointment fee.
